Devyani International’s ₹1,838-crore initial public offering (IPO) was fully subscribed within three hours on the first day. The portion reserved for retail investors was subscribed 5.34 times, as bids were received for 10.87 crore shares against 2.03 crore on offer. Devyani International is the largest India franchisee of Yum! Brands that operates restaurants like KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell.
